Lil Wayne is passing the buck to the producers who did not get proper clearance for a sample on his song ”I Feel Like Dying”. Lil WeeWee was forced to turn over the sales figures for ”Da Carter III” to Urband & Lazar Music Publishing, who published the song “Once” by South African artist Karma-Ann Swanepoel where Rebel Rock Productions took the sample. Wayne says it was up to Rebel Rock to clear the sample not him. Rebel Rock hasn’t responded to Weezy’s claims and doesn’t have a lawyer named in court records. A telephone number listed for the company has been disconnected.
