In response to Pizza Hut’s decline in sales, a new branding strategy will simply deem the pizza chain, The Hut.
Times are tough and people don’t want to spend their money on junk food, so the company is trying to win back diners with a new menu, including all-natural multigrain pizza, lasagna, and wings.
Just because the crust has a few extra grains doesn’t discount that you are still eating pizza!!!!
The revitalization includes new packaging along with the name change.
“We’re also introducing another vocabulary word with Pizza Hut, which is ‘The Hut.’ That ties in nicely with (today’s) texting generation. As we expand our online and mobile businesses, ‘The Hut’ is the perfect icon for our mobile generation,” said Brian Niccol, Pizza Hut CMO.
Our mobile generation only cares if the food is good!!!
Why don’t they just focus on getting the pizza there in 30 minutes or less?!
